This mod is based on a Russian TikTok meme about Tom Thomas’ dad from “The Fixies”. From what I’ve been told by my Russian viewers, someone has replaced the Dad’s dialogue with Dmitry Komarov from The World Inside Out to make him say… “do you want me to show you my “pencil”? Then the clip went viral on TikTok, and many people are downloading this mod too, as of now it’s at 6k downloads!
My Russian viewers asked me to cover this and they explained it to me a bit, hopefully, I got the info correct, but if not then just correct me in the comment.
